One of my favorite comics.  The art is just mindblowing.

Aaahhh one of my first print comics and easily one of my favorites. He’s especially good at expressive body language and gorgeous backgrounds.

I am going to mention this again and again and again until I run out of breath, but for those of you who haven’t gotten into Blacksad, Dark Horse has a print from this year of the first three volumes of Blacksad in a gorgeous hardback, with a new translation and lettering done to original artist specifications. The writing has a LOT more character in it this time around, very Eisner-reminiscent style, and fits beautifully with the masterful art.

Hopefully if plenty of people buy it, Dark Horse will be on point when the next arc (currently in production) is wrapped up.
