DC Comics. And to be challenging about it, no big-name people from the Justice League.
So this is Dream/Morpheus from Neil Gaiman’s the Sandman.
Which was published DC Comics but is a part of Vertigo comics or… something like that.
IDK, but Sandman is one of my favorite comics so I wanted to draw Dream anyhow.
