so, i haven’t really changed nightmare jesse’s design since… before i worked on his backstory much at all, certainly before he ended up being a mix of pagan celtic and christian beliefs, and the other day (like several weeks ago) i was working on the methods you would use to summon, bind, and exorcise jesse and i realized i really ought to see if i could relate nightmare jesse’s designs to this

so i messed with some antlered nightmare!jesses, deerdurr

i’ve gotten some opinions on these concepts already, but if anyone has any comments on the designs i’d love to hear

I know this is really late, but I always wanted to post these panels separately (click on them, to see them bigger/closer up). Even though many of these pages were sketchy and quickly done, I still enjoy most of them. This page in particular is probably my favorite out of the entire audition, not because it is the prettiest or most emotional or anything it may or may not be in those matters, but because it was one of the rare occasions where I had an image or a scene in my head, and what I produced ended up much like what I had imagined.
